Clearwater Family Medicine strives to provide the most current evidence based care for your entire family.
Appointments
Please call our office to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We do charge a fee for all missed appointments that are not canceled ahead of time.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
When calling for a prescription refill, please allow 5 business days for the request to be completed. If you are overdue for a visit to the office, your provider may require you to schedule an appointment before filling the prescription.
URGENT CARE VS. EMERGENCY ROOM
If you have a life-threatening emergency, please go directly to the nearest hospital. To keep your health care costs down, for non-emergent illnesses, please use an Urgent Care facility nearest to you.
